Responsibilities
Managing new clients when finalized for delivery during the upcoming month
- Taking customer's requirements (website, SEO, SMO, Google Ads, GMB) and/or forwarding it to the relevant team for the same.
Liaising with the client as per other teams' requirements, as well as delivery of the website design demo and compiling the list of changes
- Communicate and cross-check the changes with the Developers until agreed to go live.
- Settling the customer account by informing the client of payment start date and schedule and updating the relevant data sheets for this.
- Customer reviews (target-oriented)
Onboarding clients
- Onboarding clients (document check and confirmation of mandatory primary aspects of the contract)
- Updating CRM, other required software and Sharepoint sheets with data.
Sales Opportunities
- Creating sales opportunities by cross-selling, upselling and resigning existing clients (Target-oriented)
Taking Incoming Calls
- Identifying the client with the name and date of birth and then addressing their query. Liaising with the concerned team in accordance with the query.
Management of Old (previously delivered) Clients
- Evaluate client changes and other requests (within scope of contract)
- Quote charges for additions and changes (beyond scope of contract)
- Communicate changes with Developers
- Client feedback on changes
Internal Teams Coordination
- Coordinating with the relevant internal teams in case of client query, requirement or escalation.
