Role Overview:
Responsible for managing accounting operations, invoice processing, taxation, reconciliations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The candidate should be capable of preparing and presenting financial reports and summaries to the Director, willing to travel to site locations as required.

Requirements:
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 8-15 years of relevant experience
CA Inter/ Semi-qualified CA/ CA Dropout / CMA Inter with 5+ years of relevant hands-on accounting experience.
Skills & Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of accounting, Taxation, GST, TDS, statutory compliance
Hands-on experience with Tally/ ERP/ accounting software; Knowledge of Zoho Books/Zoho Finance is preferred
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
Ability to prepare, analyze, and clearly present financial information to the Director/Management.
Basic knowledge of AI tools for accounting, data analysis and reporting
Ability to guide, mentor, and supervise junior employees and field staff.

Probation Period:
The selected candidate will be placed on a 3 months probation period. Upon successful completion of the probation period and satisfactory performance, the candidate will be confirmed in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Handle sales/purchase invoices, billing, receipts, payments and journal entries.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Handle GST, TDS, taxation and statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare and review Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet and MIS reports.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and year-end closing of accounts.
• Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and statutory authorities for accounting, tax and audit matters.
• Review accounting entries, invoices, vouchers and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Maintain proper records of fixed assets, depreciation and accounting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies and internal controls.
• Maintain accounting records using MS Excel/Zoho Books and provide timely financial reports to management.
• Guide, train, and supervise junior accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting activities.
