Role Title: Accounts Manager

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 3-5+ years in Finance & Accounts

Qualifications: B.Com with CA Inter/CMA/MBA (Finance) preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end financial operations, including accurate bookkeeping, statutory compliance (GST/TDS/Income Tax), and timely filing.
• Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management reporting to support business decisions.
• Oversee export-import accounting, including LC/BG documentation and foreign remittances.
• Maintain ZOHO systems and utilize advanced Excel for financial modeling and reconciliation.
• Supervise and upskill the accounts team, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with banks, external consultants, and government authorities.
• Ensure rigorous accounts payable/receivable discipline and timely month-end closures.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• B.Com with CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
• Demonstrated hands-on experience filing GST and TDS returns and coordinating audits
• Can describe specific experience with export-import accounting, foreign remittances, or LC/BG documentation
• Proficient in Zoho Books and Advanced Excel can show real examples, not just claim familiarity
• Has prepared monthly MIS, financial reports, or cash flow statements independently
• Comfortable liaising directly with banks, auditors, and government authorities
