About this role
Role & responsibilities
1. To achieve gross margin target and revenue
2. Ensuring that all the sales targets are met within the defined timeline
Presales planning :
1. Identify sales prospects
2. Gather related information of the respective suspect/ prospects
3. Promote appropriate product lines based on customer needs
3. Get clarity of the product from respective product managers
4. Understand the sales funnel or sales processes from respective reporting managers
5. Regular updating self on various product themes, visual aid, product dossiers, pack inserts etc.
Product Promotions:
1. Creating awareness about Company's specialized in-vitro clinical diagnostic products to clinical laboratories, hospital laboratories, clinician offices and medical colleges.
2. Conduct technical demonstration to create business.
3. Handover the product literature and promotional inputs to the prospect for further validation
Sales Call:
1. Do cold call
2. Fix appointments with the suspect/ prospects
3. Meet respective customer to create awareness
4. Complete the process of DAPA with respective manager
5. Give a detailed demonstration of the product
6. Handle all the queries of the customers with respective manager
7. Mapped the decision maker and influencer with respective manager
8. Persuade the customer to buy the product
9. provide quotation
10. Handle negotiation with manager
11.Discuss final terms and condition with/without help of manager
Reports:
. Daily Reporting
2. Weekly PJP
Preferred candidate profile
Willing to Travel
Exp in diagnostic segment will be good.
Life science graduate
