Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth communication.
  
• Prepare monthly MIS reports on accounts payable transactions, including analysis of trends and variances.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to accounts payable.
  
• Provide support in preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts as needed.
