About this role
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journal entries, receivables and payables.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and ensure timely follow-up for outstanding payments.
- Manage bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation and customer reconciliation.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Tax Consultants and other professional advisors.
- Assist in preparation of budgets, cash-flow statements and financial forecasts.
- Monitor project-wise expenses, costs and accounting for construction/infrastructure projects.
- Review invoices, bills, payment documents and supporting records for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records for audit and due-diligence requirements.
- Assist the CFO/Finance Head in financial analysis and management reporting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, Company policies and internal controls.
- Support the finance team in matters relating to IPO/DRHP due diligence, wherever required.
