About the Role-

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage the company's accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and accounting processes, along with the ability to independently manage finance activities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities-

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of GST and TDS returns and related documentation.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and payments.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide financial information to management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
• Review financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Lead and guide the accounts team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.
• Identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
• Provide management with insights related to financial performance and business operations.

Preferred candidate profile-

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
• CA Inter / CA Dropout will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Experience in handling complete accounting and statutory compliance functions.
• Experience in the services, staffing, recruitment, or workforce-management industry will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax/ITR.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP/accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Team-handling and leadership abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
