About this role
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Handle Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow and financial statements.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, ITR, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-9 compliance and filings.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, vendor/customer reconciliation and outstanding follow-up.
- Handle bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and month-end closing.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital and financial transactions.
- Ensure proper accounting records, documentation and internal controls.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Supervise the Accounts team and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax and statutory requirements.
