Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing and salary-related accounting.
• Handle PF and ESIC calculations, payments and compliance.
• Manage Professional Tax (PT) calculation, payment and returns.
• Salary TDS return
• Prepare and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial entries.
• Handle general accounting, reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for payroll, employee deductions and accounting requirements.
• Support in monthly closing and preparation of basic MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 46 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Payroll.
• Strong working knowledge of Payroll, PF, PT and ESIC.
• Hands-on experience in statutory calculations and return filing.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, ledger scrutiny and reconciliations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• B.Com / M.Com qualification preferred.
• Experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Payroll
