Account Manager - Retail Leasing
Job Summary Responsible for driving retail leasing and business development within an assigned market by acquiring new clients, managing retailer relationships, identifying suitable retail spaces, and executing leasing transactions from enquiry through deal closure.
Responsibilities Business Development - Identify and pursue new retailer and landlord opportunities.
- Conduct cold calls, networking, and client meetings.
- Convert leads into active leasing mandates.
- Build long-term relationships with retailers, developers, and investors.
- Understand retailer expansion requirements.
- Source suitable retail spaces across malls, high streets, and mixed-use developments.
- Organize property inspections and site tours.
- Match retailer requirements with available inventory.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned retail accounts.
