Job Summary

Amartex Industries Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage the company's accounting, taxation, compliance, auditing, and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in TDS, GST, Tally, ERP systems, auditing, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting operations and coordinating with internal teams, auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely accounting entries.
• Handle Tally ERP/Tally Prime and other ERP-based accounting systems.
• Prepare and review GST returns, reconciliations, and related compliance.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, returns, and compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank, ledger, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required documents/data.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
• Review invoices, vouchers, purchase/sales entries, and supporting documents.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely rectification.
• Support budgeting, financial analysis, and cash-flow monitoring.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and statutory purposes.
• Coordinate with management regarding financial and accounting matters.
• Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
• Hands-on experience with ERP accounting systems.
• Strong knowledge of GST and GST reconciliation.
• Good understanding of TDS and statutory compliance.
• Experience in auditing and audit coordination.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Excellent knowledge of bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage accounting operations independently.
• Good communication and team-management skills.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com preferred.
• CA Inter / CA / MBA Finance candidates may also be considered.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates from manufacturing, textile, retail, FMCG, or similar industries will be preferred.
• Should have practical experience in GST, TDS, Tally, ERP, auditing, and complete accounting operations.
• Should be capable of independently managing the accounting function.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.

Salary

Up to 60,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, current CTC, and interview performance.
