We are Hiring: Account Manager US IT Staffing

Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (Onsite | Remote option for top performers)

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours - EST/CST)

Compensation: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission Structure

What You’ll Do:

Hunt, onboard, and close new direct IT clients, Tier-1 vendors, and MSPs.

Drive consistent, recurring monthly billing across W2, C2C, and C2H tech placements.

Partner with our dedicated technical delivery pods to ensure fast turnaround and high closure rates.

Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and maximize gross profit margins.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of dedicated Account Management experience in US IT Staffing.

Proven track record of bringing in new tech logos and generating consistent revenue.

Strong understanding of tech stacks (Cloud, DevOps, Data, Full-Stack) and US tax terms (W2/C2C/1099).

Exceptional communication and executive pitching skills.
