• Manifest AI is an agentic builder platform (Agent Studio) that lets brands build their own AI agents without code, across storefront, WhatsApp, Instagram, email and post-purchase. 500+ brands run on it.
• BIK.ai is a full-stack CRM for D2C brands: helpdesk, marketing automation and an AI agent builder in one.

We went from zero to $7M ARR in about three years. We are backed by Y Combinator and Peak XV (formerly Sequoia India), with leadership in New York and the core team in India.

What we look for in everyone: ownership without being asked, speed, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias for measurable customer outcomes over activity.

Job Summary

Location - India (Bengaluru / remote), working US hours

Shift - Overlap with US Eastern time, roughly 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST, with flexibility

About the Role

You own a book of US ecommerce brands on Manifest AI and BIK, and you are measured on whether they renew, expand and get real ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of US accounts end to end after go-live: renewals, expansion and day-to-day relationship.
• Run monthly and quarterly business reviews with brand founders, CX heads and ecommerce leads, built on automation rate, influenced revenue and ROI.
• Spot expansion: more AI reply volume, new channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, email), new agents, and BIK helpdesk or marketing.
• Partner with our solutions team to scope and ship new agents and automations customers ask for.
• Track account health and flag churn risk early, with a plan to fix it.
• Be the customer's voice internally: turn feedback into clear product asks.
• Keep HubSpot clean: every account, contact, renewal date and expansion opportunity up to date.

What we are looking for

• 3-6 years managing US customers at a B2B SaaS company, ideally in ecommerce, CX or martech.
• Native-level written and spoken English; comfortable on video calls with US founders and VPs.
• Proven record of renewals and upsell with a number you can show us (NRR, GRR or expansion revenue).
• Understand Shopify-era ecommerce: helpdesks like Gorgias or Zendesk, CX metrics, D2C economics.
• Can explain an AI product clearly and handle a hard conversation about ROI.
• Happy working a US-hours shift consistently.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agents, chatbots or conversational commerce.
• Experience with HubSpot.
• Previously managed accounts with $20k-$100k ACV.

Success Metrics: First 6 Months

• Gross revenue retention and net revenue retention on your book.
• Expansion revenue closed.
• Every account with a documented ROI story (influenced revenue vs Manifest AI cost).
