Account Manager - Talent Acquisition

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions, including headhunting and leadership hiring.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their talent requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify top candidates through various sourcing channels such as social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for each role.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in executive hiring or lateral hiring in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles at senior levels using non-IT recruitment methods like niche hiring and leadership hiring.
• Strong understanding of client needs analysis and ability to develop effective recruitment strategies accordingly.
