Account Manager SEO and PPC

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager - SEO PPC to manage client accounts across SEO, PPC. The ideal candidate should have strong client management, strategic planning, campaign performance, and team coordination skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into measurable digital marketing outcomes.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and understand their business objectives, requirements, and expectations.
• Develop and implement effective SEO and PPC strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
• Manage multiple client accounts and ensure campaigns are delivered within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with SEO, PPC, Content, and other internal teams to ensure smooth and effective campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive optimization initiatives.
• Analyze key performance metrics including traffic, leads, conversions, ROI, rankings, and campaign performance.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
• Ensure all campaign activities and deliverables meet client requirements, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO, PPC, digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Identify opportunities for new strategies, services, and campaign initiatives to support client growth and business expansion.
• Proactively resolve campaign or client-related issues and ensure timely communication and closure.

• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent client communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong project management and team coordination skills.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Good understanding of performance marketing metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, traffic, and rankings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven digital marketing environment.

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in SEO, PPC, Digital Marketing, Account Management, or Client Servicing.
• Experience managing SEO and PPC campaigns for multiple clients or brands.
• Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or client-facing environment will be an added advantage.
