Role Overview :

This role is for experienced PR professionals who are passionate about building meaningful brand stories, nurturing strong client relationships, and executing impactful public relations campaigns.

At Bold & Beyond, youll manage a portfolio of clients, lead day-to-day account operations, develop strategic communication plans, and work closely with media, influencers, and internal teams to deliver campaigns that create measurable brand impact. You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional client servicing while mentoring junior team members and contributing to agency growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management

Manage day-to-day communication for assigned client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.

Build strong client relationships by understanding business objectives and communication goals

Lead regular client meetings, status updates, campaign discussions, and performance reviews

Ensure timely delivery of client requirements while maintaining high service standards

Public Relations Strategy

Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with client objectives and brand positioning

Create communication plans for product launches, brand campaigns, corporate announcements, and thought leadership initiatives

Identify media opportunities and recommend proactive storytelling ideas

Collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen communication strategies

Media Relations

Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media professionals

Develop media pitches, press releases, media notes, and other communication materials

Secure quality media coverage across print, digital, television, radio, and trade publications

Coordinate interviews, media interactions, and press events for clients

Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and monitor integrated PR campaigns across multiple client accounts

Coordinate with creative, social media, influencer marketing, and digital teams for seamless campaign execution

Track campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines

Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results

Team Collaboration

Guide and mentor Account Executives and Senior Account Executives on day-to-day account management

Review communication materials before client sharing or media outreach

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent quality across all deliverables

Support team members in achieving campaign objectives and professional development

Reporting & Performance Analysis

Monitor campaign performance, media coverage, and communication outcomes

Prepare monthly client reports with actionable insights and recommendations

Track KPIs including media coverage, share of voice, campaign reach, and brand visibility

Present campaign updates and strategic recommendations during client review meetings

Business Development Support

Support proposal development and new business pitches when required

Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts

Contribute strategic ideas that strengthen agency capabilities and client relationships

Must-Have Skills

4-6 years of experience in Public Relations with agency experience preferred

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Strong media relationships across print, digital, and broadcast platforms

Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

Strong understanding of PR strategy, media planning, and campaign execution

Ability to write press releases, media pitches, and communication materials

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Proactive mindset with exceptional attention to detail
