Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in Domestic IT Staffing (C2H). The ideal candidate should be responsible for managing strategic client accounts, driving recruitment delivery, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client relationships for assigned accounts.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all client staffing requirements.
• Understand hiring needs and collaborate with internal delivery teams for timely closures.
• Drive account growth through relationship management, renewals, and business expansion.
• Handle client escalations and ensure SLA adherence.
• Conduct regular governance meetings and provide hiring updates.
• Track submissions, interviews, offers, joinings, and account performance.
• Work closely with delivery teams to improve hiring quality and turnaround time.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and hiring insights.
• Ensure client satisfaction while achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Required Skills

• 5–15 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing.
• Strong experience in C2H/Contract Staffing.
• Excellent client handling and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts and recruitment delivery.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, hiring trends, and market mapping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience handling large enterprise/GCC/ITES accounts.
• Exposure to account growth, revenue management, and delivery leadership.

Qualifications
