Account Manager - IT staffing

Position: Account Manager IT Staffing

Location: Bangalore / Pune / Hyd

Experience: 5–10 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Mode: Work from Office – 5 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing client accounts within the IT Staffing / Contract Staffing business.
• Drive end-to-end account management, including client relationship management, requirement gathering, delivery coordination and issue resolution.
• Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement and Business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and account expansion.
• Manage client escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance, revenue, margins, fulfilment and operational metrics.
• Participate in client meetings, business reviews and negotiations.
• Support commercial discussions, rate negotiations, renewals and contract extensions.
• Drive business growth through existing accounts and identify potential new opportunities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in IT Staffing / Contract Staffing / C2H.
• Proven experience in Account Management and client handling.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and staffing models.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience handling enterprise clients and large-volume requirements.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue and account growth.

Additional Advantage

• Candidates who have handled or currently handle accounts such as Accenture or Infosys will have an added advantage.
• Experience managing large enterprise/GCC accounts will be preferred.
