Account Manager - Influencer Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing professional to manage influencer marketing campaigns from brief to execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams and influencers, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication.
• Understand client briefs, campaign objectives, target audiences, and deliverables.
• Develop influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans in collaboration with internal teams.
• Identify and coordinate with relevant influencers/creators based on campaign requirements.
• Prepare influencer shortlists, proposals, campaign decks, and estimates for clients.
• Coordinate negotiations, commercials, contracts, content requirements, and timelines.
• Manage campaign execution from onboarding influencers to content approvals and final publishing.
• Coordinate with influencer managers, creators, creative teams, and internal operations teams.
• Track campaign deliverables, deadlines, budgets, and approvals.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports covering reach, engagement, views, impressions, and other relevant KPIs.
• Handle client feedback, revisions, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, influencers, and agency partners.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, repeat campaigns, and long-term client partnerships.
• Stay updated on influencer trends, social media platforms, creator formats, and emerging influencers.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in an influencer marketing agency, digital agency, PR agency, or advertising agency.
• Existing knowledge/network of influencers and creator ecosystems will be an advantage.
