Job Description

• Act as the primary interface between customers and the organization across the assigned territory.
• Deliver defined sales volume and value targets for specialty food ingredients.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts in North and East India.
• Lead customer interactions and coordinate cross-functional engagement.
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the food industry.
• Build and maintain a robust sales funnel and opportunity pipeline.
• Develop strategic account plans to drive long-term growth and customer retention.
• Generate market intelligence, including competitor activity, customer insights, and industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with application scientists and technical teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Create new opportunities for innovative products and applications across the food sector
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8-10+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Industry experience within Food Ingredients, Flavours, Fragrances, Specialty Chemicals, or a related sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric approach.
• Experience with CRM and business tools such as Salesforce and SAP.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build pipelines, manage strategic accounts, and deliver growth targets
