Account Manager - Finance & Accounts

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and audits
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Monitor cash flow, fund management, and financial risks
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Implement and improve internal controls and accounting systems
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
• Manage payroll processing and related compliance

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Experience with accounting software (Tally, ERP systems, etc.)
• Good understanding of taxation and compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
