Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Account Manager to drive business growth for Electronic Design Automation (EDA) solutions across Aerospace, Defense, and Private Industry customers. The role involves managing key customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering strategic sales initiatives to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Business Development

• Manage and grow strategic accounts within Aerospace, Defense, and Private sector organizations.
• Develop account plans to achieve revenue targets and long-term business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities, cross-selling, and upselling of EDA tools and solutions.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers, technical teams, and procurement stakeholders.

Sales & Solution Positioning

• Understand customer design challenges and position appropriate EDA solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and product teams to develop tailored proposals.
• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Market & Customer Insights

• Track industry trends in Aerospace, Defense, and Private electronics design ecosystems.
• Gather competitive intelligence and provide market feedback to internal teams.
• Represent the organization at industry events, seminars, and customer engagements.

Internal Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with marketing, technical support, and leadership teams.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records.
• Prepare periodic business reviews and performance reports.
