Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships and understand their recruitment requirements.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Coordinate with clients and internal recruitment teams to meet hiring targets.
• Develop new client relationships and generate business opportunities.
• Follow up on job requirements, interviews, candidate feedback, offers, and joining status.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio and business pipeline.

• 5+ years of experience in domestic recruitment or staffing.
