Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients.

* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

* Understand client objectives and convert them into clear internal briefs.

* Coordinate with Creative, Content, Design, Social Media & Performance Marketing teams.

* Manage campaign execution, timelines and deliverables.

* Lead client calls/meetings, present ideas and coordinate feedback.

* Prepare presentations, reports, campaign updates and meeting notes.

* Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaigns and client satisfaction.

* Manage multiple accounts while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

* Should be open to travel for client meetings.

What We're Looking For

* Mandatory - 1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management at a Digital Marketing Agency.

* Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media & Content Marketing.

* Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.

* Strong coordination, organisational and multitasking abilities.

* Proactive, solution-oriented and detail-focused approach.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

* Passion for digital marketing, branding and social media trends.

* Hospitality experience will be an added advantage.
