Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager (Chartered Accountant) role based in Pune. The Account Manager will oversee client portfolios, perform financial analysis, and ensure accurate accounting and reporting in line with regulatory and internal standards. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, preparing and reviewing financial statements, coordinating tax and compliance activities, and supporting audits. The role also involves advising clients on wealth and investment strategies, addressing queries, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and client experience. The Account Manager will maintain detailed documentation, monitor key financial metrics, and contribute to risk management and control frameworks.
Qualifications

• Professional accounting credentials such as Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
• Experience in client account management, portfolio oversight, and wealth or investment advisory services.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliation, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with technology platforms and financial tools to manage and track client investments and accounts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships and explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client accounts and deadlines effectively.
• Prior experience in wealth management, financial services, or investment advisory is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
