Position Overview

Responsible for managing strategic client accounts, strengthening customer relationships, and driving account growth through retention, expansion, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular engagement and strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
• Understand client needs and identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
• Drive account growth by developing and executing account development strategies.
• Support customer retention through proactive account coverage and relationship management.
• Monitor account health, customer satisfaction, and potential business risks.
• Identify and escalate customer concerns, issues, and account risks in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of client requirements.
• Maintain accurate account information, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Account Management / Client Relationship Management.
• Proven ability to drive account growth and revenue expansion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer relationship skills.
• Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts is preferred.
