About this role
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional with extensive experience in US Staffing Account Management and Farming. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing and growing existing client relationships, driving revenue expansion, within the US staffing industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture existing US staffing accounts to drive long-term partnerships. Identify growth opportunities through cross-selling and upselling staffing solutions. Develop account strategies to increase revenue, margins, and wallet share. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, hiring managers, and procurement teams. Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with recruitment teams for timely delivery. Conduct regular business reviews and provide market insights and hiring trends to clients. Drive account expansion by introducing new service offerings and geographies. Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and account profitability. Monitor account performance, forecast revenue, and achieve growth targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution : Strong understanding of the US staffing lifecycle, MSP/VMS models, and contingent workforce solutions. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience in account planning, client engagement, and revenue forecasting. Experience managing Fortune 500 clients and large staffing accounts. Exposure to IT and Non-IT staffing engagements across the US market. Demonstrated success in achieving account growth, client retention, and revenue expansion. Education: Bachelors Degree
