Role & Responsibilities

Focused on operational excellence and financial precision, we seek an Account Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, ensure compliance, and support financial decision-making within our fast-paced supply chain environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including vendor payments, customer invoicing, and account reconciliations using Tally Prime.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, GST filings, and TDS documentation in line with Indian statutory requirements.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, P&L statements, and cash flow summaries for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Procurement, Sales, Logistics) to ensure timely and accurate financial data capture.
- Support audits by compiling financial records, trial balances, and transaction logs as required.
- Identify process improvements in accounting workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce discrepancies.
