Educational Qualification: B.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting data entry, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and basic financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Perform daily accounting data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) entries.
• Maintain and update accounting records, invoices, and payment details.
• Manage payment receipts and outgoing payments (Payment In/Out).
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports as required.
• Assist in preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Ensure basic compliance with GST and TDS requirements.
• Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding payments and outstanding balances.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Understanding of AP, AR, and accounting data entry.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Basic MS Excel skills and MIS reporting.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
