Account Executive

* Assist in managing the overall finance and accounting activities of Aadifidelis and its subsidiaries. * Support monthly and quarterly closure of books of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate accounting and reporting. * Coordinate and monitor timely invoicing, payments, collections and day-to-day treasury activities.
* Monitor Debtors and Creditors ageing, follow up on outstanding items and ensure timely resolution of long-pending balances.
* Handle high-volume financial data and prepare analysis using MS Excel, advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Lookup functions and other Excel tools. * Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly MIS reports for management review and decision-making.
* Perform regular reconciliations of key financial areas including Debtors, Creditors, Revenue, Costs, Collections, Taxes and Bank balances, and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. * Support statutory, internal and tax audits by providing required schedules, documents and explanations and ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
* Ensure timely computation and deposition of GST and TDS liabilities and support accurate and timely filing of relevant returns.
* Monitor statutory and regulatory compliances and assist in ensuring zero non-compliance. * Follow up on open items and ensure timely closure of accounting, reconciliation and compliance-related issues.
* Assist the Manager Finance in implementing financial controls, process improvements and automation initiatives.
