Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/Busy or other accounting software.
• Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain ledgers.
• Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliances.
• Maintain vouchers, bills, payment records, and expense statements.
• Assist in monthly closing, reporting, and preparation of financial statements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding payments and outstanding dues.
• Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of financial records.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce.
• 13 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Working knowledge of Tally/Busy and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
• Good numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
