Job Summary
Transline Technologies Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support finance operations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and process invoices, payment entries, and expense records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and general ledger entries.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
- Support monthly closing, financial reporting, and account finalisation.
- Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding payments and outstanding balances.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist with audits and provide supporting documents as required.
Candidate Profile
- B.Com. or a relevant degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 2 4 years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or similar ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organisational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
