Account Executive

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage Accounts Payable operations, including vendor invoice processing, bill verification, accounting entries, and payment documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP and a strong understanding of accounts' payable processes.Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and bills accurately and within defined timelines.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, GRNs, and supporting documents.
• Perform invoice booking and accounting entries in SAP.
• Ensure proper invoice validation, Approval workflows, and compliance with company policies.
• Handle vendor reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding pending invoices, documentation, and payment status.
• Ensure accurate GST and TDS treatment, as applicable.
• Maintain records of invoices, payment documentation, and supporting schedules.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and support timely vendor payments.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and Accounts Payable reporting.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and finance procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 610 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable and invoice processing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of vendor bill processing, invoice verification, and accounting entries.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and vendor reconciliations.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of invoices within deadlines.
