Account Executive

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and compliance activities for multiple clients across India and. The role offers exposure to end-to-end finance operations, regulatory compliance and client-facing responsibilities in a dynamic multi-client environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for multiple clients.
• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare and file GST returns while ensuring timely compliance.
• Handle TDS calculations, return filings, and reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Support statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
• Assist with MCA filings and corporate compliance requirements.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with clients to collect accounting information and resolve routine queries.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
• Support senior team members in accounting, reporting, and compliance-related assignments

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors/ Masters degree in accounting
• At least 1-3 years of experience in accounting in an Accounting firm
• Proficiency in Tally and Busy.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and general accounting principles
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
