Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
2. Handle sales and purchase invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
3. Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
4. Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation.
5. Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance.
6. Verify bills, expenses, payments, and supporting documents.
7. Maintain cash book, bank book, journal entries, and general ledger.
8. Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.
9. Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
10. Maintain proper documentation of accounting records for audits.
11. Coordinate with the Purchase, Sales, Store, and HR departments for financial data.
12. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.
