Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, including purchase and sales entries, payments, receipts, banking transactions, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries using Tally / Tally Prime.
• Record and verify purchase and sales invoices.
• Handle payment, receipt, cash, and bank entries.
• Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Manage GST-related accounting activities and maintain GST records.
• Calculate TDS and handle related accounting entries.
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
• Maintain ledgers and accurate financial records.
• Verify invoices, supporting documents, and accounting transactions.
• Assist in preparing GST/TDS data and reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, receipts, and vouchers.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Experience in purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation (BRS).
• Customer and vendor reconciliation.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

Working Details

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with 1 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience and practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and reconciliation.
