Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, journal, payments, receipts)
• Ledger maintenance and reconciliation
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS)
• Managing Accounts Payable (vendor invoices, payments, reconciliation)
• Managing Accounts Receivable (invoicing, collections tracking)
• Preparation of Trial Balance
• Maintaining books of accounts and monthly closing
• Invoice verification and documentation
• Expense tracking and record maintenance
• Vendor and customer reconciliation
• Data entry in accounting software (Tally / Excel)

Eligibility

• B.Com / M.Com
• 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role
