WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Industry: Transport & Logistics / Pharmaceutical & Cold Chain Logistics

Location: Rajpura, Punjab

Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred

Salary: 25,000–30,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and handle customer inquiries
• Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams
• Track shipments and provide timely client updates
• Prepare quotations and maintain client records
• Support billing, invoicing and documentation
• Prepare reports and monitor service performance
• Resolve client issues and ensure service quality
• Support business development and client retention

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in Business, Commerce, Logistics or a related field preferred
• Experience in client coordination, account management or logistics operations
• Transport, pharmaceutical or cold chain logistics experience preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Tally and billing knowledge will be an added advantage
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and client accounts
• Willing to work on-site in Rajpura, Punjab
