Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete day-to-day core accounting operations, general ledger entries, and financial reconciliation.
• Handle accounting routines using Tally ERP/Prime software with accuracy.
• Prepare and support financial audits, with specific emphasis on educational institutions (Schools, Colleges, and Kendras).
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with institutional financial guidelines and statutory requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience:1 to 3 years of core experience in Accounting.
• Software Expertise: Excellent knowledge and proficiency in Tally Prime Software is mandatory.
• Education background: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com / Inter-CA).
• Domain Experience: Prior experience or capability in auditing for Schools, Colleges, and Kendras is highly preferred.
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners will be given strong preference only.
• Location Preference: Tardeo / Western Line with easy commuting access.
