Tripli Hotels Pvt. Ltd. | Head Office – Udaipur

Tripli Hotels is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to join our Head Office team in Udaipur.

Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Department: Finance & Accounts

Experience: 2–3 years in a similar position

Key Responsibilities

Handle hotel accounting and day-to-day accounting operations

Manage Tally Prime / accounting software

Perform PMS reconciliation with Tally/accounts

Manage OTA reconciliation – MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Booking.com, etc.

Conduct bank reconciliation

Handle daily revenue and collection reconciliation

Manage accounts payable & receivable

Verify vendor invoices and process payments

Track hotel revenue, room sales, F&B and departmental expenses

Support month-end closing and outstanding/expense provisions

Prepare and analyze financial data using Advanced Excel

What We're Looking For

Strong knowledge of hotel accounting processes

Proficiency in Tally Prime

Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS and reconciliation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently
