Account Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and SAP systems. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and assist in financial reporting and audits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP and SAP FICO modules
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and local tax regulations
• Maintain proper documentation and support for all accounting entries

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ICWA Inter preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum 35 years of accounting experience in the manufacturing sector
• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP and SAP
• Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax laws (Income Tax and GST)
• Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• High attention to detail and accuracy
