Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive

with a minimum of 1 year of experience to manage

day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting,

and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have

hands-on experience with ZOHO Books, strong knowledge of

PF, GST, TDS compliance, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Record, verify, and reconcile financial transactions.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), customer invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
• Calculate, deduct, and file TDS returns within statutory deadlines.
• Handle PF and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare MIS Reports for management and provide financial insights.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
• Prepare financial statements and support Financial Reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education qualification: Must have Bachelor's degree in Commerce B.Com,

PreferredM.Com or MBA.

• Minimum 2 year of experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
• Ready to learn and implement AI tools in accounts automation.
• Must have Proficiency in G- suit.
• Hands-on experience with ZOHO Books (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of PF, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in Bank Reconciliation.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Experience in preparing MIS Reports and Financial Reports.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
