Job Title: Accountant

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting activities and supporting the smooth functioning of our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle invoices, bills, receipts, payments and other accounting documents.
• Manage accounts using Tally and MS Excel.
• Perform bank reconciliation and verify financial transactions.
• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Maintain proper records of expenses, purchases, sales and payments.
• Prepare basic financial reports and statements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and management for accounts-related activities.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.
• Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of financial information.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in B.Com, M.Com, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 13 years of relevant experience in accounting is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS and bank reconciliation.
• Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and a positive attitude.
• Freshers with relevant knowledge and strong interest in accounting may also be considered.
