Account Executive

Goodwind Technologies Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Zoho Books and good knowledge of day-to-day accounting, invoicing, billing, GST, and financial record maintenance.

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
• Handle accounting activities using Zoho Books.
• Prepare and issue sales invoices, purchase bills, and credit/debit notes.
• Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate bank records.
• Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables and payables.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and account statements.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
• Assist with GST-related accounting and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding billing and payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is required.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Knowledge of GST, invoicing, purchase and sales accounting.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
