Account Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive / Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in core accounting functions, including taxation and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TDS reconciliation and ensure timely filing and compliance
• Calculate and manage TDS deductions and payments accurately
• Prepare and post journal entries in the accounting system
• Handle bank reconciliation to ensure accurate cash flow and account balances
• File and reconcile GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
• Manage Professional Tax (PT) compliances including PTRC and PTEC filings
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Assist in audit preparation and respond to financial inquiries
• Perform Ledger Reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Operation- Pay in payout of shares.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally)
• Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws including TDS, GST, PT
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a CA firm or Brooking firm
• Knowledge of Excel for reconciliation and reporting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
