Position: Account Executive

Salary: Competitive and based on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

• Handle *Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).*

• Perform cash and bank reconciliations and prepare BRS.

• Record journal entries and inter-company transactions.

• Prepare monthly provisions, prepaid expenses, and depreciation entries.

• Handle inter-branch reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly expense and Balance Sheet schedules.

• Assist in monthly *Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet closing.*

• Prepare financial reports and maintain proper accounting documentation.

• Support internal and external audit requirements.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com, M.Com, or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• *Freshers are welcome to apply.*

• Candidates with experience in an accounting outsourcing firm will be preferred.

• Knowledge of *Xero, QuickBooks,* or similar accounting software is an advantage.

• Good working knowledge of *Microsoft Excel and MS Office.*

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Willingness to learn international accounting practices and work with global clients.

Preferred Candidates:

• Freshers with a strong foundation in accounting and finance.

• Experienced candidates with practical knowledge of accounting operations.

• Candidates with experience working with *international clients or accounting outsourcing firms* will be given preference.
