Role Description The Account Executive will manage and grow client relationships, ensuring that customers receive effective supply chain and IT ecosystem solutions aligned with their business goals. This full-time, on-site role based in Surat involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting service offerings, and preparing proposals and quotations. The Account Executive will coordinate with internal teams to oversee onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service delivery, while monitoring account performance and addressing client concerns promptly. Daily activities include conducting client meetings, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, tracking sales pipelines, and providing regular reports and forecasts to management. The role also involves staying informed about industry trends and product updates to communicate value propositions clearly and support long-term partnerships.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in client relationship management, account servicing, and customer retention, with a focus on understanding business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Proficiency in sales development activities, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, negotiation, and closing, supported by disciplined pipeline management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with operations, IT, and logistics teams to coordinate service delivery, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards.
• Comfort using CRM and business productivity tools, and an aptitude for learning new software related to supply chain, ERP, and data analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and confidence in conducting client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data, dashboards, and reports, enabling informed account planning and performance tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in B2B sales, logistics, or IT solutions is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, commitment to ethical business practices, and readiness to work on-site in Surat with occasional client visits as needed.
