About this role
Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive with 13 years of experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Maintain books of accounts, journal entries, and ledger scrutiny
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com) or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, etc.)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
