Job Summary
Job Role: Looking for an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, banking operations, and loan facility-related activity, extracting data for Auditors
Responsibilities- Accounting, AP/AR, BRS, Month-end closing in Tally
- Banking - Fund transfers, CC/OD, BG, Loan documentation
- Facility billing - AMC, Security, Housekeeping, MEP, Maintenance
- Vendor invoice verification & reconciliation
- TDS/GST, CAM/Utility expense tracking
- Coordination with Admin and Site team
- Assiting in audit
- 4-5 years in Accounts & Banking
- Knowledge of loan facility management accounting
- Good in Excel & Tally
Education: BCOM/MCOM
