POSITION SUMMARY Designation Accounts Executive Reports to Resident Manager or General Manager of the property; functionally to the Assistant Manager, Finance at the corporate office Base location Assigned property Scope All accounting, reconciliation, compliance inputs, cost control and reporting for one property Team Individual contributor; works alongside front office cashiers, stores and the purchase function at the unit Key interfaces Corporate finance (Assistant Manager and Associate Director); unit front office, F&B, kitchen, stores and housekeeping; vendors; bankers; local tax consultants and auditors when deputed Systems Accounting system (Tally, Zoho Books or as deployed), property management system and point of sale, payroll and attendance records, bank and payment gateway portals, GST and TDS portals for data preparation Hours Full-time at the property, six days a week; closing and statutory dates take priority over routine leave Engagement Full-time, permanent
